My father (Ivan Dale "Red" Lyon) was born in 1922. His father, Ivan Dale Lyon, was born around 1894, I think in Springtown, Arkansas. His father, Omar R (Robert?) Lyon was born somewhere in Ohio in about 1865. Based on census records, it appears that my great-great grandfather was Octavius Lyon, born in about 1828 in Ohio, also. If you have any information relating to these gentlemen, I would be eternally grateful for your help and/or direction!!
