LAMB, Daniel
Country: United States
State: Saginaw, Michigan
Date Submitted: December 28, 2004
Notes:
I am trying to find out the name of my biological father's 2nd wife. My father's name is Daniel Lamb, DOB 11/24/1916 in Saginaw, MI, DOD 9/5/1988 in Houston, TX; SSN367-05-4284. His 1st wife(Shirley A. Strobel maiden name who is my mother); his 3rd wife was(Mary Julia Bledsoe maiden name); he deserted my mother, brother & me after WW2 for a gal he met at Camp Pendleton, CA. I believe they lived in the Pomona, CA area off & on for nearly (20) years. I have reason to believe that wife #2 may be either of the following two ladies who both lived in Pomona in the 1965 to 1972 time span. They are: Betty J. Lamb of 2479 Kellog Park Dr Pomona, CA, phone #595-1140 or Christine L. Lamb of 950 Claire Place Pomona, CA phone # 623-1308. I would deeply appreciate any help you could provide.

LAMBERT, Jeremiah
Country: USA
State: Hunterdon County, N.J.
Date Submitted: October 22, 2004
Notes:
We know that a Jeremiah Lambert of Amwell Township, New Jersey was the father of Zephaniah Lambert whose son Nelson was the father of Wilfred W. Lambert who was the father of my Grandfather Fred Lambert. Jeremiah's first wife was Elizabeth Holcombe. I have seen records giving a Jan., 1764 as a birthdate for Jeremiah but have also found Aug. 30, 1765 given as his birthdate. I think that comes from the headstone which only gives his death date as Aug. 30, 1844 and his age as 79 years.
In the tree one of my uncles worked on, the father of Jeremiah was given as John Lambert, who died in 1763! I would like to find out who was Jeremiah's father and further ancestors, if at all possible.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone might have. I may have deleted a previous response because it landed in my junk mail and didn't recognize it as a possible genealogical response.
